Here’s the job description for one of our standard Gardener positions:

Gardener:

Duties include all aspects of garden maintenance in varying locations from large private gardens to some commercial grounds in and around Bristol and surrounding areas. 

You MUST have at least the following attributes to be considered for an interview/trial day:

- Basic plant knowledge including pruning techniques

- Some experience using gardening machinery in a professional setting

- A positive working attitude and a customer friendly manner

- Full UK driving license and your own transport

- Horticultural qualifications are an advantage, however, someone with professional experience working in formal gardens who understands the importance of attention to detail would also be well suited
